St James Christmas 2009

Christmas 2009


Saint James hosted a lock-in for youth on December 19. It was the first ever fellowship gathering of its kind. Attending were Rubie Mackie, Lydia Mackie, Esther Mackie, and Margaret Sampey. The girls spent their evening working on crafts and sleeping by the light of the new Christmas tree in the sanctuary.

The women of "Saint James Women's Guild" collected items for the Women's Community shelter. Backpacks with the logo of the Diocese of Fond du Lac were filled with shampoos and emergency items for women and children in Crisis. Margaret Sampey is shown holding one of the backpacks.
